ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds for any of our optimization services once work has begun. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Service Agreement
By purchasing any Luke Tweaks optimization service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
Service Delivery
- All services are delivered remotely via AnyDesk software
- You must provide remote access to your PC during the scheduled service time
- Service duration varies by package: Basic (45 minutes), Casual (1 hour), Ultimate (2-3 hours)
- Services are performed in real-time with your supervision
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure your PC is powered on and connected to the internet
- Download and install AnyDesk before the scheduled service
- Be available during the entire service duration
- Create a backup of important data before service (recommended)
- Provide accurate system information when requested
Service Limitations
- Services are provided "as-is" without warranty of specific performance gains
- Results may vary based on hardware configuration and system condition
- We are not responsible for hardware failures unrelated to our service
- Some optimizations may require system restarts
Liability
Luke Tweaks shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
